This Wine is made from a blend of three
classic grapes from the Bordeaux Region: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet
Franc and Merlot. The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel
tanks. Aged in new French Oak Barrels for 13 months, natural malolactic
fermentation and blended just prior to bottling. It remains 15 months
settling in the bottle. Deep ruby in color, floral red ripe fruit nose,
cassis, coffee and spice aromas. Great balance and backbone with a long,
elegant, velvety finish.
